Clients receive images of the photographer's choice that will be edited in a similar style to previous work. Completed galleries will be returned within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise specified. A large volume of sessions or weddings may take longer than the specified time frame. Weddings include a selection of Highlights/Sneak Peaks within 48 hours of the end of the wedding.
Images are for non-commercial use only; clients are not permitted to profit off images unless purchased for commercial use at an additional cost giving written permission.
Many packages include a print credit which can be applied to my print store within 60 days after images are returned.

Clients are not permitted to edit images in any way for posting online, including but not limited to applying filters, removing watermarks, or unnecessary cropping.
Clients are expected to credit Julia Miller Photography when posting online, such as Facebook, Instagram, and websites.
Unless purchasing a commercial or branding session, clients are not permitted to use images commercially.
Packages with print credits included can be used to get wall art from your session.
Packages which include high resolution images come with a Print Release allowing you to print them yourselves. However, the quality of the prints is not guaranteed since I would not be aware of the quality of your print source.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date of your session 2 weeks before the date of the session. Refunds on the deposit are only available if I, the photographer, cancels.

**Amount must be paid in FULL due the day before the session except Weddings must be paid in full TWO DAYS before the wedding. I will not arrive if not paid in full unless payment plans are discussed prior.**

I currently accept Venmo, and Zelle for deposits and the full amount. Cash is accepted for the remaining balance.

Travel is included within a 30 mile radius from my location in Chicago. Past 30 miles is $1/mile and I am willing to travel 2 hours from Chicago.

There may be additional costs for props, additional travel fees, or non-local travel expenses (including hotel, airfare or milage, etc.).

Absolutely! Pricing for my prints and wall art is available for under the "Print" tab. I print through a professional printing company, so the results are superior to your local convenience store print station.

I also sell several prints of previous photographs I have taken.

The answer is yes! I have access to several horses that can be used as models. However, modeling with these horses is on the ground only (non-ridden) unless discussed beforehand.
The fee is: $150 in addition to your session fee.
$250 additional for images that could be mounted with prior approval (not riding, but simply mounted). Not all horses I use to model are suitable for mounted images, For mounted images, a comfortable weight limit is around 200 pounds on average depending on which horse. I apologize if this excludes some people, but I prioritize the physical needs first.
For these sessions, they will be in a natural environment at the barn the horses reside at (South Chicago suburbs) or pay an additional fee for trailering to another location.
